5.11 Tactical Series has done it again. Our new EMS pants are ready for uniform wear and we know this one will be a hit. Fashioned after our traditional 5.11 Tactical pant, the EMS Pants features rugged, fade-resistant 7.25 ounce poly-cotton twill and is loaded with user driven features. Full-size cargo pockets with internal dividers and external EMS-specific pockets give you plenty of room to organize your gear. The front pockets are extra deep and feature our coin-keeper construction plus reinforced bottom edges to protect the material from wear. The rear pockets feature 5.11′s trademark slash pockets and utility strap, plus welted wallet pockets.The EMS pants are made with two layers of fabric in the seat and knees for durability. The EMS pants are treated with Teflon for stain, soil and fluid resistance. We use only quality YKK zippers and Prym snaps and have designed the pants with a longer rise in the back to help you maintain a professional appearance. The EMS pants feature a comfortable, self-adjusting tunnel waistband that moves with you and a gusseted crotch that allows freedom of movement, virtually eliminating seam failure. The inside of the waistband features our gripper material to help keep you shirt tucked in. We’ve also added 5.11′s Double-Time belt loops which feature an extra-wide 1 1/2″ belt loop with a thinner 3/8″ loop on top of that for you to attach your radio strap or other accessory.Available in both men’s and women’s sizes the EMS pants are just another example of 5.11 Tactical Series innovation and quality. Built with a heavy duty 1050D nylon, the Bail Out Bag is rugged, constructed well and has a capacity that dwarfs many bags its size. 5.11 just announced that they are ‘Unleashing the B.E.A.S.T’ in two days. As of right now, we don’t have any exact details of about the BEAST (Breaching Entry Assault System Trainer) except what they have given us in this teaser video along with what we saw at the 2012 SHOT Show.
At the 2012 SHOT show we saw a breaching system at the 5.11 Tactical booth that included break down training doors, rams, pry tool and halligan. Is this the BEAST they speak of?
We’ll keep you updated on the 5.11 BEAST as we get more information.
