The Surefire Fury

On Duty Gear is extremely proud to bring you the SureFire Fury. The Fury can put out 500 lumens for 1.5 hours in a design that is only slightly bigger than a Surefire 6PX Pro, while also offering a lower power mode that can last up to 46 hours on two lithium batteries (great for maintaining your night vision). The Fury is built from an extremely tough, lightweight hard-anodizes aerospace aluminum body with a virtually indescructible LED emitter and waterproof o-rings / gasket sealings. The reflector of the Fury is a larger design, big enough to focus the 500 lumen output into a tight beam that is great for searching or lighting up a target in the distance.

Unfortunately, SureFire will not disclose the type of LED used in their flashlights.

Where can I find a holster for the P2X Fury?

The SureFire P2X Fury will fit in both the V26 leather holder, or the V70 Polymer holder.

SureFire Visit, Release Dates for New Flashlights

We had a meeting with SureFire today and we were able to test a few of the new products, and get some release dates for the items that we saw at the 2012 SHOT Show.

The SureFire Fury isn’t really new, but it sure is an amazing light… the 500 lumens was almost blinding for a light of it’s small size. It is just an all around well planned and well built light.

SureFire EB1 Backup

The EB1 Backup is now available and ready for sale about a month away from being ready. We estimate that it will be shipping in May. It packs 200 lumens into a single Lithium 123A flashlight. Great for a small and handy light that won’t weigh you down or get in the way. We are currently taking preorders on the EB1 Backup.

SureFire 2211 Wristlight

Unfortunately, we didn’t get to play around with the 2211 Wristlight, but we did get some new information on it. We already knew the 2211 will turn on and off as you draw your weapon or flick your wrist. The cool feature is that it is programmable… allowing you to set it up for your on/off movement preferences and brightness in advance. We are really looking forward to this one.
